What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €4.99. International shipping is also available; costs will be calculated at checkout.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders ship within 1-3 business days. You'll receive an email once your order is on its way!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Please allow for slightly longer delivery times and higher shipping costs outside the Netherlands.
What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?
Please send us a message via the contact form and we will look into it for you right away.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay via iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, and credit card. All payments are processed securely through a certified payment provider.
Is it safe to pay through your webshop?
Yes, absolutely! We use a secure SSL connection and work with trusted payment providers.
Can I pay later or in installments?
We currently do not offer deferred payment or payment in installments.

Are your products really handmade?
Yes! Everything in the webshop is lovingly handmade by me, Dewi de Vries, the founder of Foxy Riot. Each item is unique.
What material are the stickers made of?
The stickers are printed on sturdy vinyl. They're waterproof and suitable for your laptop, water bottle, or phone, for example.
Are the stickers waterproof or suitable for outdoor use?
Yes! The vinyl stickers are water-resistant. For long-term outdoor use, we recommend applying them to a smooth surface without much friction or sun exposure.
Can I personalize a notebook or sticker?
Sometimes! If you're interested in a personalized design, please send us a message via the contact form, and we'll explore the possibilities together.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. Personalized products cannot be returned.
How does the return process work?
Send us a message with your order number and reason for return. You will then receive return instructions. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Can I also return personalized products?
No, personalized products cannot be returned unless there is a defect or damage.
My order arrived damaged, what now?
Oh no! Send us a photo of the damaged product and packaging right away, and we'll work with you to find a suitable solution.
